Emergency Lights

Its Christmas, just in case you didnt know. But in all honesty, it totally dosent feel like it. Chris came over friday night, we watched TV and sat on my roof. He also drew me a cool picture, and I played him bad guitar. All in all, it was fun. On to something different. I got a mighty sweet iHome speaker system thing. I like it a lot, it was a good gift (thanks parental units). Oh yeah, so midnight mass. My family went to midnight mass, it was ok, I dont really like all of that though. So I did see Beth and her older brother, it was cool to chill with them after mass. So yeah, thats about it.

Oh, and double thanks to Alex P, for the CD! And everyone else for the cookies, candies, and other random gifts.

My school week was so boring, I dont like boring that much. But in more happy news - this weekend was less boring. I saw King Kong with Chris on friday, it was a good movie. A few creepy parts, like with the bugs. Man, it was like Alien, the bugs were fucking huge and creepy.

Saturday I worked on my CAD Draft project, it didnt turn out so well, I managed to not bring home enough foam core so my project is.. half finished. At least the drawing is done, thats what matters. Then Chris came over, played chess with my dad (he got killed, but then, everyone does), then we went off to Savannahs birthday party, with some awesome cake and music and photos. It was fun, good day.

Today dad forced RJ and I to clean the house, that was not so fun. I might be going to the UU youth group with Chris tonight, maybe, maybe not. So yeah, that was my weekend. Next weekend, as you all know, is xmass. I really should go get presents soon.

Things have been going good. Thursday I got my drivers permit. Im pretty happy about that. Friday was a snow day. So Chirs, some of his friends and I went out sledding, then some food at CBrook shopping center. It was pretty awesome, I got mighty cold, seeing as we sledded for a long time. Saturday my family went up to NYC to see Sweeny Todd, it was mighty awesome. Sunday was boring and homework filled.

It snowed this morning, and I was happy. Snow makes me think of Xmass. I like it 'cause of the smells and everything is so perfect looking. :)

Saturday was fun, Chris came over to pick me up and meet my dad. He ended up helping dad and I set up the new TV (its effin awesome!). So mom came home and then my parents went out to the symphony. Chris and I got a pizza and picked up some componet cables for the TV, we watched some of Hotel Rawanda, 'till it got to depressing. So we went to his house at like eight, listen to Ambient music and watched Shawn Of The Dead. We love zombies and comedy. All in all, it was fun.

So, this week I will, hopefully, be getting my permit. Yay.

The week in general was ok. Thursday after school I went to robotics club, it was pretty awesome, we had fun messing around with the two little robots with big wheels. Today was friday, good except I had some sucky tests. But after school Alex H came over, we hung out for a bit, then ate dinner, and eventually went to Inkwell. Inkwell was actualy cool, I mean, we saw some people I knew, got to eat cookies and sit in beanbags listening to sweet music and talking. Alex just left.. at about 10:15 or something. All in all, I had a good time.

I do love my friends. Oh yeah, Alex H bought me a MIT hoodie... its maroon and very warm. I loves it muchly! Thank you!
