Emergency Lights

It was a rather boring week, but a few good things did happen. On daffodils for cancer day Chris Hickson gave me a flower, it was sweet. Yesterday, friday, Bill had a bonfire. It was filled with Yerba Mate, music, fire, friends, blankets and phone calls. Neenless to say I had a lot of fun, but uh... as a reminder... Yerba Mate tea is for drinking only.

So, RJ and I still dont have computers, but I do have access to dads laptop, for a while. Anyway, Im not sure if I am going to be doing anything today - I hope so, but who knows. Rock on.

Friday I went shopping with my mom, and I spent the night at home relaxing. Saturday our family went to Winterthur, it was kick ass. Then mom drove Sam and I to Ann's party, Ann let me bring a friend, so Dougie was at the party. The party was ok, there wernt enough people, not enough to do and the drive to the place was like an hour. It was good to see Dougie, though. I had a ride home with Sam, but CriNigel needed a ride to a diner (their dad ran out of gas), so we drove to the diner and had some food. Then I got dropped off at home, at about midnight. Sunday I didnt do anything, and it was nice. I watched Forest Gump, I like it a lot because it has great music and its you know, a good story.

Anyway, its monday. And I have a whole week left of school. It sucks.

It was a boring weekend, but it has been a week packed with stuff. Monday we had our first dress rehersal, it went well, I got out of school at 9:30. Tuesday was the same thing, it went even better. Both days Chris Hickson (a friend of Alex's) hng out with me after school before the play started. He can be a lot of fun, silly boys. Wednesday was our first performance for the middle schoolers during the day. Then I had a doctors appt. and then (oh man, long day) the next performance, I made one mistake (I got distracted and didnt move the light when I was supossed to). Other than that it was good.Oh - on monday night we got the shirts, being stage crew I got a black longsleeve with gold lettering. Its not great or anything, but I still like it a lot. Today was regular and everything seemed good, I have another performance tonight. Everything should be silly and good.

And my laptop broke (Im using my dads), we are getting my files off the hard drive, and I will be switching to the old Mac. Finally - no more PCs!

Rember that movie, Requiem For A Dream? I saw it with Chris, the soundtrack now makes me sad - sadder than it made be before, its a sad movie. Anyway, depressing movie, and depressing weekend, nothing happened. But! I do have a rather interesting week coming up - lots of lights for Music Man. Seven shows in total, should be a blast.

Oh, shit, just found out I have to do a work cited and bibliography for a paper. Shit.
